All exploration tenements are pumps and dumps to a certain degree. How do you put a proper value on a piece of land until mining has commenced? Or at least several major drilling campaigns and a few JORC estimates combined.

Analyze, dissect information all you want so you can come across as 'intelligent'. At the end of the day, we don't know what is truly going on behind the scenes. A shareholder can spend weeks/months/years intelligently 'analyzing' every report by a company, only for something to come out of left field and blow everything you thought you knew (that has nothing to do with the geology, i.e the hudson deal) out of the water. That's why I prefer to stay away from these so called intelligent, technical conversations. It's working so far I've more than doubled my money.
Me personally, if I'm investing in a penny explorer, I'm taking a punt on 'potential', and there is a hell of a lot of potential atm with SOC.
