The stock won’t move for months as 9/10ths of the world isn’t going to invest in a stock that will be sold on them prior to the merger.
Plus those 9/10ths that hold the stock right now are selling. That’s a lot of shares. As soon as it hits 45 plus you will see big sell action so I’m not surprised people are moving money elsewhere for a few months.
I’m surprised you can’t see what’s in front of you.
