hi bruham, allow me to answer that as I have been following CZN for more than a year as well but never bought it.
Just considering the numbers, they are pretty much similar in value on paper.

CZN underwent consolidation around January this year with 20 to 1 ratio.

The shares amount pre consolidation was 3,253,359,145 (which is 3.2 billion shares)
Post consolidation was: 162,667,957 (162 million) shares)

Current shares on issue is 253,817,567 shares.

So it looks like they issued more shares after consolidation about 91,149,610 extra shares.
TImes this by 20 and it's an extra 1,822,992,200 shares pre consolidation which adds up to 5,076,351,345 (5.1 billion) total shares pre consolidation.
Not much difference..
And the price is not much difference too if you calculate the ratio: 0.039/20 = $0.00195 per share.
