    That is a nice position/argument but until the major consumers of graphite agree to Ethical rules from suppliers, it wont make any difference.

    Unless you can find a customer who demands that, and is willing to pay extra for it, it will be a big hurdle with starting a graphite mine in SA.

    TBH all materials and product should be subject to ethical rules/laws - that could be from graphite, cobalt, coffee, clothes IPHONES etc, but in the meantime people suffer.
