Yeh maybe, perhaps they should have let it run a bit more with the news before the cap raise.
fortunately just a small cap raise - I hope they drill 10 or twenty well placed holes at Reynolds with this raise - probably don't have to be very deep if they pick the right spots to drill.
When that news rolls in they can make a better assessment.
