Reread the yahua placement Ann. Offtake by the 31st of October sunset date.

Also i put in down stream processing in my figures because there may be a penalty or discount for processing.
I also used the $3.95/ per tonne for minning costs aswell as processing costs which has been noted in the Ann from may the 8th.
