The oppies went from A to B FOR $0.001 not $0.0001 They don't have 3years to run, just 14 months [ 31/05/2024 ] which means if the company doesn't get up running, something they haven't managed to do so far, see the posts before the announcements, then if you have got a few & the company hasn't performed they would be very hard to quit them in the last six months, you would be destroying the price on your own, so in that situation you wouldn't have 14 months up your sleeve.
The option exercise is $0,05 so even though the company had a similar amount of options as shares, quite a few , it might be difficult for the company to raise money from them at that price & I should imagine they would need a quid to boost the share price over $0.05 to put them in the money , so if the company is not up and running the options will be no help to them. { I did have 10 million of them ]
