    From June last year:

    The Placement, which comprised 30 million shares at an issue price of $0.08 per share, was approved by
    shareholders at the company’s AGM held on 31 May 2022. The Placement was conducted by CPS Securities
    Limited (CPS) as Lead Manager and was strongly supported by exisiting and new institutional and high net
    worth investors

    Hence the open price today I'd say and the vwap.
