    the CR for this acquisition is at 0.045 (shares will be release in April), previous CR was at 0.08.
    MEG shareprice falls to 4c because the issue in Ethiopian, that Ethiopian gold project will be divested (stated in the quarterly).
    The cyclone project has similar structure to patriot's lithium deposit.
    Fieldwork is planned to be commenced as soon as after the settlement.
