Well I don't know anything about this company expcept that they are appointing three new directors. I suspect these directors have gone looking for a company to backdoor and this one fits the bill perfectly. Best of all it is a resource company so that don't have to entiely restructure the thing if they don't want to.
And when you talk about lithium, forget spodumene producers. Anyone who knows anything about resource economics can tell you brine production is only really viable source for battery grade lithium. Lithium should only be a by-product from the production of tantulum in spodumene.
Interseting times ahead for sure
