6% fee is standard for all CR's. 100 million options exercisable at 0.6c as part of the previous options I listed to rasie $600k if/when exercised. A little cheap but fairly standard.
I know we own some of the same stocks. Have you seen the lead broker fees/options of a small cap before. This is fairly standard stuff.
