The AZS Andover tenement had been locked up because held by Mark Creasy and he's. unlisted and not under any pressure, he was originally interested in Ni in that tenement. Rovira knocked on his door because locked out of operations in Mexico by Covid19 and wanted to operate in WA again. They knew eachother well and respect involved because they both had explorer of the year, Rovira for the Cosmos Ni find which was worth $3bil when sold to Rio, and Creasy for Leonora gold. There are different ways of approaching a risk play. One is to take notice of who is on the Board and why. I bought and held AZS from a long time ago, because of the quality of the expertise. Whatever your approach, it's all still a risk but it's how you get it into proportion that counts. IMO. (also could be wrong but weren't there holdups with Mt Holland over nature reserve location? if so this may have contributed to this tenement being held over as well).
