Not really about this report....Ive been trading for nearly 54 years and its rare these days that the current loyal shareholders are not offered first option to purchase at the heavily discounted price. These days sadly they are offered usually via a selected broker to "Sophisticated Investors" at these heavily discounted prices. Sadly they are often unloaded for a tidy Capital gain profit. Its a world of there own as they are not usually " Ïnvestors" or traditional traders. A bit like the "boys club". You need a reasonable Nett worth and a proven good income to qualify. Good questions for the board at future AGM's. Money for Jam as they say - good if you get offered the gig.
