ALWAYS look after the shareholders first. This is why people have jobs and get paid. With shareholders taking the punt on the risk with their hard earnt money the company would not be there. Reward shareholders and be loyal to them at all times. A pet dislike of mine are "performance bonus shares". I say the "incentive" is you do a good work you get to keep your job. Directors never lose sight of who you work for...loyal shareholders putting their faith in your expertise, judgement, management skills and ability to add value to their investments. Sadly many are lifestyle jobs that rarely follow through to a producing mine paying dividends. still... all the best to all those still holding & wishing you great success.
