    Vendors are essentially inyati who get 500,000 mill shares for free, any placement stock at 0.003, 6% on funds raised plus another 15% of total shares issued which I can’t even bother working out … is it a bill more?… they get to buy those 15% to get a 0.003c options for a cost of 0.0001c per option
