WE are in two minds if JIM will agree with NEW "Arrangements" if the new BDM venture takes them to a new course in their journey.

BDM's management has more experience than GIBBS, so the way JIM has advised the following makes us think he rather have the Ellendale Diamond Project back, because HE would have been informed on the "Goings on" at BDM, and made the comment on the same day:

"Should the Option not be exercised, GIB will retain the Ellendale Diamond Project 100%. This Option arrangement does provide GIB with some certainty as to its Projects position post 23 March 2023. The Company considers that whether or not the Ellendale Option is exercised, it is a win-win situation for GIB."

Shame, cause GIBB's management DOES not have the skills to venture into Diamonds.
