Ann: Lithium Resource Drilling underway at Finniss, page-55

I've been thinking about this... as we know, to produce 6% concentrate via DMS our recoveries drop to around 69%. As we also know, through DMS and flotation combination, 6% concentrate can be achieved at 83% recoveries. By flotation alone, 6.2% concentrate can be achieved at 93% recovery.

As we know from ann 6/12/2018, CXO are now considering a potential flotation circuit as a Stage 2 process.

But given our capex is estimated at $53.5mil, and given our total prepayment provided by our offtake partners is to be about $76.5mil, what I'm wondering is:

a) How far away would we be from being able to afford the flotation circuit from the start?

b) IF Lees-Booths does indeed prove to be quite a significant deposit, would Yahua/Ruifu be willing to cough up some extra dough for us to get flotation going from the start?

Thoughts?

Resource up to 7.1MT, basically 400% increase from what we had at the start of the year. Can't complain about that More then half of the Finniss resource is situated within the Grants Mining Lease area. Fast cash

"A number of Core's drillholes also intersected weathered pegmatite to the east of the main pegmatite body at Carlton. This opens up the possibility that there are other concealed pegmatites close to the currently identified main body at Carlton and will be a target for future drilling."

If this is true, and these concealed pegmatites also have high grade spod, then that's potentially more tonnage within the mining lease area

It's building nicely.
