“Lead the DFS team” which will continue into FEED and EPC delivery. These project phases need a Project Manager, so a significant appointment and a proven candidate. If SMS assume the EPC role as a turnkey contractor he will effectively be the Client PM (rep) overseeing the project delivery. I don’t think it signifies any further delays to the handover of the study, probably the opposite. Keith did indicate there would be appointments before end of year.
