Without knowing the genesis of how the semi-aborted drill program was handled, I think we should be more temperate in how we judge Nicole on this one. It was a mistake but it may not be her mistake, or her mistake alone. If it is, then it's her first misstep and in her first gig in charge. I remain more confident with the strategy that she is forming than with how Mick was leading the company.
