I have not been a close follower of CSS. I do remember that sometime ago they had substantial problems
with fish mortality. I am guessing that when I buy dogfood, and it says this and that as to what the dog food will provide my dog , in terms of nutrition, that these same fish ingredients come with a nutritional constant stated by the supplier.
If this constant is NOT CONSTANT...then one would think that they have no case to win. That it is simply a battle of how much is this disaster going to cost the supplier. And will the courts support them or the fish-grower?
King Solomon would produce an answer quickly, but our courts will not. Be interesting to know the
precedents (if there are any), interesting to hear the inside conversations of those involved.
