The agreement related to the exploitation of uranium.
What's at issue is the suddenly introduced 100 ppm uranium limit, which prevents GGG from exploiting rare earths.
That's presumably what will be central to GGG's arbitration case - not that they can't exploit uranium.
By the way, what do you mean when you say GGG outsourced the uranium?
