Statements from Naaja indicate the GoG may want the arbitration court to decided first and foremost if GGG have an entitlement to take the case to arbitration court rather than the Greenland courts. Both parties need to agree to the rules of arbitration. This could take awhile.

If the parties can agree to the rules of arbitration, it wont be until the case management conference has been held to determine procedural timetable.
