Could it be that SFR are tidying up (Director resigning, sorting out shares in dispute) before they on sell their total holding in ADT. I’ve always maintained that SFR are not interested in a TO, they’re more interested in taking a profit on their ADT holding. Perhaps a deal has already been done with a third party. Just a thought!
