Yes they have an anti-dilutive clause in the strategic partnership agreement. Explained in the announcement of 30 Aug 2018 and earlier ones (https://www.investi.com.au/api/announcements/adt/bbee04f4-392.pdf). From an quick scan of past announcements, they have participated in each fundraising to date under this clause though, so unsure where the dispute arises. In any event it would appear to be a pretty run of the mill contractual dispute though rather than a complex piece of litigation, so I'm not fazed by this. But any dip could offer a buying opp.
