Fair query Snorth89, I pondered this myself around lunchtime today.
To be honest, if I were Sandfire, I'd do nothing. I'd be watching this action and waiting for ADT to mature the prospects up, spend the money that needs spending and just let it all ride.
With their holding in ADT, it'll be virtually impossible for anyone else to make a successful bid.
Let ADT get to a JORC, and then get to the table so they can step in and develop the mine.
All this current posturing is just burning cash needlessly, just sit tight.
Oversimplifying I know, but I am sure you get my drift.
