This is all just gamesmanship and noise. There is a much bigger game being played here than foregone profits on a 4.1m share stake. I think ADT is slipping away from SFR's grasp with each strategic move that ADT makes, for example, just recently:
(1) Delaying PFS to include additional drill hole data that, reading the QR narrative is "visually" material
(2) Increasing exploration ground 4x proximate to their flagship asset and after LIDAR analysis
(3) T/O of TETH to expand regionally and add additional development and exploration assets
ADT is becoming a much more appetizing prey for predators far larger than SFR.
