Yes Gardie sad but true for MMX holders they will start to pull the wool from their eyes in about a weeks time when the downward momentum has really taken hold. We are thinking the same MMX will need to cough up 100m + if left to the judge. I reckon they will cut a deal for 75m to 100m before judgment day. That would be the right thing to do for MMX shareholders.
