Dreaming again.......Barnes was a director of Chm and and the MAIN villain in the case...He allegedly breached his duty to his coy.......he has chosen to settle...his company Pinnacle has chosen to settle....thats not an INDIVIDUAL...thats an Individual and a COMPANY...both wealthy and as the main villain only $6 million....The market obviously see's it that way too..hence little trade and poor sp.......MMX an inoncent party , caught up in illegal activities by a dodgy buinessman and a dodgy illegally listed coy...MMX had no knowledge and hence "clean hands", they will owe chm something, but not much, As you will no doubt be aware The UK courts don't recognise Remedial constructive trusts and Oz High court distances itself from them too..so Barnes profited from dodgy dealings and has coughed up...Grim may well do something similar...Which then leaves MMX and its shareholders who have done nothing wrong KNOWINGLY......But we've been through all this so many times..ho hum....Since chm's "day in court"....MMX sp UP strongly maybe 80%....Major shareholder buying up many millions of dollars more.....Contrast chm sp, down or flat...Wannabe hopeful punters hanging on...Tells you the whole story right there...for those that can read that is!!!!
