One of the individual defendents having seen what was presented to court by CHM settled rather than run the risk of the judges decision.
Does anyone really think that MMX would be happy about this. For a case without foundation $6 million from an individual is a fairly big indication that what was alleged did occur.
MMX are in all sorts of trouble. They are the one with the assets acquired illegally. If an individual pays $6 million whats the company who got the asset going to pay. $100 million $200 million.
No MMX holders its all OK and business as usual
