The Chief Justice's judgement is quite damning, describing the former directors actions as dishonest. What a sorry episode in the company's history, but well done Brett Heading and fellow directors for persuing this acion to recover our stolen money. The defendants tried everything to try wriggle their way out of this, and in so doing, they have wasted a lot of time and money. Justice has prevailed.
