VAN lost and were proven wiring in the matter, simple! Wwhatever the amount awarded in the ended up. You can polish Bruce’s balls all you want but VAN was a dismal failure that was sold from under him, which was the best outcome otherwise you two would have continued to circle jerk for another 10 years!
$1m payable is still $1m that CYL have now inherited from VAN. CYL we’re up today not because of the result, hardly, gold ran hard and apparently there was a positive write up by a respected writer.
