where did I say the share price would increase on court case resolution?

I've stated that I believe the sp is held back by uncertainty around September sales figures. If its closer to July then I think the sp will go up as it will be confirmation that the rate of growth is being maintained. if its closer August then not sure what will happen, though pretty sure it won't retrace to 50c due to initiatives in the works.
Revenue vs Cost is an ongoing concern of mine too but secondary to rate of growth. I'm also waiting to see how the new CEO reshuffles things as he has experience with restructuring and reducing costs.
