I would imagine the bankruptcy proceedings were put on hold because it would make the current proceedings to recover monies from the previous directors pointless if the previous directors were bankrupts.
Perhaps someone with legal expertise could clarify this point?
The previous directors probably don't have a cent to their name by now I am guessing.
