Conspiracy theory - the plaintiff waits until after the AGM to update their claim. Makes MBE look bad even though it was out of their control. Would be good to hear a statement from them confirming this. Updating us at the AGM would have been a minor bit of news and it seems strange that they wouldn't have done it if they could have.
