Wow this is sounding a lot like fraud by the regulators. Almost as if they had a mandate to destroy the company from the outset. Even if there was concerns you would think there would be a more amicable way to solve them rather than just shutting RTOs down. If it turns out to be true there needs to be a large counterclaim for damages...
