    Hi Holders

Yesterday's verdict is disappointing , would have been better if SDL won.

But the defeat would not have come as a surprise to SDL according to the annual report.

While Porter had a legitimate case, although whether he will get the last laugh remains to be seen.

What puzzling is how it was possible to have the retrial commencing a month after the ASX was informed that if it were to happen it would be way into 2016 ?

We were advised by SDL Board on 28 August 2015 of the Appeal Court decision and presto retrial in September.

Even more intriguing, according to numbers obtained, the court schedules were absolute chockers in Perth throughout that period.

Whatever happened, it's darn clear the retrial was brought forward in accelerated time for a very good reason.

Casello's AGM presentation has told us that the CGGC "Contract negotiations completed and under final review. Contract to be signed following completion of review".

Some posters told us that Wal King advised at the AGM that he and Casello were hoping the CGGC contract was signed and could be announced at the AGM but there was a delay. That contract is currently on the Minister's desk. It will be signed within two weeks. This was over three weeks ago.

    Now my questions are:

What has delayed the signing up of CGGC contract?

Is it something to do with the Porter verdict?

If indeed the CGGC contract sign up is delayed by the Porter verdict, then why the CGGC contract, as a stand alone contract, is to do with the Porter verdict?

Was Sundance wanting to get this Porter case out of the way to prepare for something more important? A clear deck so to speak.

Good luck to all SDL holders.

    Merry Christmas to you all.
