    Hi Qball. glad to see you are picking up on the positives. My thoughts:

    orchestrated defeat = not possible

    clearing the deck = absolutely

    Will SDL appeal = No, because all everyone wanted is the verdict to wrap things up

    Who has been waiting for the clarity = SDL Management, People's Republic of China, Cameroon, Republic of Congo, Noble, Wafin, Investor Consortium and me

    Final destination = imminent

    Happy 2016 = No doubt
