The judgement has now been published and is on the Supreme Court of WA's website. I would suggest that anyone who believes there might be some legal liability on the part of the then-Board members (including George Jones) should have a look at paragraphs 391-393 of the judgement. I hope the current Board looks at them too while they are considering how to proceed.
