I believe you are saying that most iron ore from this region will be processed in country, for country or this area of Africa, not shipped overseas.
That is why China building Steel Mills in the region is to allow them to process and sell in the region and some may go to their customers in Europe and Middle Eastern countries via the Port of Lolabe.
