Yes exactly. Africa is in the early stages with what will be a huge social and economic leap to catch up with the developed world so to speak. The push to educate hundreds of millions young african people out corruption and poverty requires a huge amount of investment in roads, rail, hospitals, housing and so on.
If sdl can hang on they should be well placed to be part of this somehow even at what appears to be a reduced position
