I would say given the arguments and the defences were submitted well in advance of the hearing, this helps. If the arguments were black and white in respect what the laws state then it'll be quick. However, this really is going to set a precedence in common law and so my thoughts are the judge will give some time in deliberation.

If the judge can’t be partial and has to follow the actual law, is it not cut and dry. Lakes oil have permits, the government stopped Lakes Oil drilling . In breach of the law. Just a general question people. Thanks.
