Easy there big fella - Litigation is not something to cheer about.
It's definitely not bullish, but at the same time - the sky ain't falling!
These litigations got to be taken in the context that they have been created/ chased/ formed!
I don't know about you, but I've seen several much more clearly manipulated situations, but it's not easy to proof intent!
Here we've got a full list of risks being spelt out by the company (Mesoblast) and it would be pretty hard as a SH to say "I didn't know" - well, whose fault is that?
