Could see a down day on the market, so put the trash out.
This looks like a nothing claim, but enough to get people talking, so they've put the update out now to avoid distraction.
Just ambulance chasers seeing the $2M US payout (without any admission of guilt) and wanting a piece of the action.
They'll try to run the case at cost under forecast payout to make a quick buck.
And they wonder why people don't like them!
