My goodness.
Litigation risk of hospitals has literally nothing to do with MSB being involved in a class action. No matter how many paragraphs you write it won't change that fact.
I also said "maybe class actions are good" in a tongue in cheek fashion, drawing attention to the posters who seem very dismissive of the class action, such as yourself.
But if you are so surprised at me "advocating for MSB to seek ... more litigation", why is that? I thought you said it's nothing to worry about.
Can't have it both ways.
Regardless I'm done with this line of conversation.
I'll say it again, "it's not good news, it's not devastating".
That's really all that needed to be said. The rest is just needless fluff.
