Well it's your investment not mine. I would expect you would see crap if your head is where it appears to be.
Securities Class actions in Australia are somewhat different in Australia than the US. Not sure what the ASX announcement was trying to imply.
Anyways the reality is precious cash will be spent on this and it is not as if MSB can afford to spend cash on this, let alone push its secondary endpoints and it's failed BLA.
Good thing the capital markets are in a consistent trajectory right now...
