The problem was that so many here thought the deal was signed, and thought the exit clause was simply a formality when, in reality, Novartis used it to jump ship.
There was no hint of reservation in any of the correspondence from the company, then all of a sudden the deal was pulled.
I can also understand why many are upset. It's a very VERY small proportion of holders that actually post here.
