I don’t see merit in the case, but I was not aware that a ruling could be made that you have to complete paperwork to opt out otherwise by default you are part of the class action?

Additionally if you don’t actually opt in even though you’re deemed part of the group, you would not be eligible for any payout?

For those that opt in if the case is successful only then do they determine the fees to be subtracted from any payout. You can take comfort that the fees would not exceed the full payout.
