    Deal looks good to me. To me the most important thing is that the project now WILL be developed.

    And we still retain a direct interest. Aside from a bit of management going forward , all we really have to do is sit back and wait a while until the plant is built and then relax even more while the new Li co realizes its forecast cash flow and our percentage of the profit.
