Doubt it was being held back. Looked like a pretty natural pull back. If I had to put on my tin foil hat, I'd say that its a pump in prep for an SPP now that they are able to issue more shares.
It could also simply be a breakout. Haven't looked at the charts but we've had small candles over the last couple days with decreasing volume.
