If I'm not wrong Darren Patterson has something to prove with this company, his start up incubation company Two up labs has been an advisory to PCH in its infancy, now DP is at the helm as full time CEO its time to get PCH and its tech opportunities cranked up and start delivering results to the market.
I believe DP is capable of building PCH into more than a 3 million dollar tech company, a company that's capable of disrupting the real estate sales and rental markets, time and results will tell. Look forward to seeing what he can deliver.
